What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we store the contact details you provide, the products you selected, the page you submitted from, and the first page you landed on with any campaign parameters. We use first-party cookies to attribute an enquiry to its original source for up to 90 days.

Why

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and understand which pages and campaigns produce genuine buyer enquiries. We do not sell contact data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.

Analytics

Aggregate page analytics are collected without names, email addresses or enquiry text. Enquiry content is never sent to an analytics platform.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the commercial relationship. You can ask for a copy or for deletion by replying to the address on your quotation.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies support attribution and session continuity. Declining analytics does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
