About Our Tile Manufacturing Factory
We are a wall tile factory in Foshan, Guangdong — the cluster that supplies a large share of the world's ceramic wall tile. The range is deliberately narrow: porcelain subway and wall tiles, glazed ceramic tiles with reactive and metallic finishes, and terracotta wall tiles. Narrow ranges are easier to keep consistent than broad catalogues.
Porcelain and Ceramic Tile Production
Body preparation, pressing, glaze application, firing, sorting and export packing. Reactive glazes are sprayed; metallic finishes take a second pass. Every batch carries a record that travels with the pallet labels, so a buyer can trace what was fired when.

Product Development and Customization
New surfaces start from a reference: a tile you already sell, a stone sample, a photograph. We return a development plan with the mould or glaze route, the minimum run, and the sampling timeline before anything is quoted.
Quality Control and Inspection
Dimensional check after firing, surface sorting on the line, shade grouping against the approved standard, and carton count before loading. Buyers can appoint a third-party inspector; the report lists batch, quantity and the disposition of each lot.
Global Export and Supply Capabilities
Export packing is specified per order: carton grade, pieces per carton, pallet pattern and corner protection. Loading photographs are taken before the container is sealed, because breakage claims are decided there, not at destination.
