Quality
Tile Quality Control and Pre-Shipment Inspection
Inspection is defined per order: dimensional tolerance, surface, shade against the approved batch, packing and loading.
In-process checks
Dimensional check after firing, surface and defect sorting on the line, and shade grouping against the approved standard before packing. Results are recorded per batch, not per container.
Pre-shipment inspection
AQL sampling is available on request, either by our QC team or by a third-party inspector appointed by the buyer. The inspection report lists the series, batch, quantity, defects found and the disposition of each lot.
Breakage and claims
Breakage is documented with photographs of the pallet, the carton label, the container position and the count. Claims are assessed against the packing specification in the order confirmation; the packing specification is therefore part of the contract, not an afterthought.
Documents buyers can review before ordering
- Specification sheet for the exact series and size
- Packing configuration and container loading plan
- Test reports with scope, date and the product they cover
- Previous inspection report for the same series, where the buyer permits sharing
Pre-shipment inspection
Every tile pre shipment inspection in China follows the same pattern: sample the lot, check dimensions and surface, compare shade to the approved batch, count cartons and photograph the loading. The report states what was inspected, not just the result.
